This records what arrived — the weigh-tag facts and nothing else. Crushing, gallons and
costs are recorded later, against the parcels created here. Each varietal on the delivery becomes its own
parcel with its own Intake ID.

The legal entity that invoices for this fruit. Estate fruit is grown by Oak Creek Vineyards and Winery.
The appellation this fruit can claim. Pick None when the vineyard is outside an AVA.
Recorded even when an AVA applies — it is the fallback appellation.
Weight
Estimated (bins) — the winemaker's estimate; no certificate exists.
Weighed (certificate) — a third party weighed the load and issued a tag.
A certified delivery must carry the identity of the weighing. On an estimated delivery these
stay blank — that blankness is the record that nobody attested the weight, and the
flow will refuse a certificate field on an estimate.
Optional reference to the scanned tag. A typed path or filename for now.
